From Bottle to Bottle or plastic to plastic. Up to 30 to 50% of recycled raw materials are mixed under new material to produce new disposable PET bottles. The aim is to prolong the life of the material by reuse and to conserve natural resources such as water and petroleum. CO2 emissions are also halved in comparison to the production of bottles from 100% of pet virgin products. Other plastics, such as films and packaging, are returned to the business cycle in accordance with various recycling methods.

Re-Grinds (Flakes)
Our pet regrinds are produced from separate PET-disposable or reusable bottles from the beverage industry.
It is a clean and pure material, which can be used for various PET products as a cost-effective alternative for pet-fresh goods.
Typical areas of application are, for example, the production of waste bags, shopping bags, custom films and thermoforming films.

Re-Granulate
Sustainable and environmentally friendly, a plastic as it should be – and this is also processed in an environmentally sound way.
This re-granulate has the same properties as new granules and is added to the industry for recycling. Thanks to the re-granulation process, pet flakes are refined to a high-quality re-granulate.
Due to a melt filtration the product is characterized by a high purity and finds its main use for the circulation in the many different areas of the industry again.
Bags/Big Bags
Plastics in general and how films, bags are complex in manufacturing and extremely costly and complicated to dispose.
Films/bags and as packaging material for different application are as are unfortunately not yet completely replaceable. That is why it is all the more important to build on sustainability and to bring once produced articles back into the cycle of recyclability after use.
